At Digital Real Estate, premium property photography is our core specialty. For starters, we’ve developed a unique production method to create images that ‘pop’. We take multiple photos of each scene, at different light levels, using different exposures. Some include flash, some are without. Then we manually blend them and retouch them to optimise the interior and exterior lighting levels.
It’s a unique technique that combines elements of traditional flash photography and high dynamic range (HDR) photography, to overcome the limitations of both. And very few real estate photographers do it. Most use either flash or automated HDR – not both. But flash photography alone creates harsh shadows, washed out colours and stark shiny spots, whilst automated HDR alone results in unwanted tints, fuzzy edges, uneven lighting, shiny areas and limited views through windows. By combining both techniques using our unique method, we’re able to create truly amazing images.
Importantly, there’s no trade-off in turnaround time, so you don’t have to wait longer for your photos. We guarantee next-day turnaround (by 12 noon the next business day after our photographer shoots).
