Why is it that very few commercial real estate properties are advertised with a floor plan? After all, commercial buyers and tenants need to know the size and layout before they commit, just as residential buyers and tenants do. The structure’s position on the site, the placement of walls, doors and windows, the floor area, the parking size and layout are all important. Whether its a retail space, warehouse or office, clients need all of this information, not just to have confidence in their investment, but also to plan their fit-out.

You can easily see if a tenant has added, moved or removed walls, windows or fittings, and you have verifiable evidence of the property’s original state, should you need it.
